– Online test as per owner’s norms

Only those candidates with good reference are short-listed for interview and final selection is carried out.
Also conduct enquires with their previous employment agencies for their evaluation and appraisal reports.
Each individual is thoroughly briefed in his job scope and expectations. The finalized candidates will then be send to an approved medical center to check medical examination. Approved medical center are under recognized by Seaman Employment Control Division(S.E.C.D)
